Il titolare del trattamento è DigitalPartnerStudio, partita IVA 01530690526, con sede in Baronissi (SA). Per qualsiasi domanda sui tuoi dati scrivi a info@dpstudio.cloud.
Quando ci scrivi dal modulo di contatto riceviamo quello che inserisci: nome, azienda, email, telefono, WhatsApp, oggetto e messaggio. Solo il nome e almeno un recapito sono obbligatori: senza di essi non potremmo risponderti.
Insieme alla richiesta registriamo alcuni dati tecnici: l'indirizzo IP da cui scrivi, il tipo di browser, la pagina da cui arrivi, la data e l'ora. Ci servono per proteggere il modulo da invii automatici e abusi.
Quando visiti il sito non raccogliamo niente: il nostro server non tiene un registro delle visite, non usiamo strumenti di statistica e non usiamo cookie. I dettagli sono nella pagina Cookie.
Non usiamo i tuoi dati per pubblicità, non li vendiamo e non li cediamo a nessuno.
Il sito e il servizio che riceve le richieste girano su un nostro server in Unione Europea (Helsinki, Finlandia), fornito da Hetzner Online GmbH, che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. La richiesta viene registrata lì e inoltrata al nostro gestionale interno, sullo stesso server. La leggono solo le persone di DIGITAL PARTNER STUDIO che devono risponderti.
Conserviamo le richieste per 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, poi le cancelliamo. Se da una richiesta nasce un rapporto di lavoro, i dati necessari seguono i tempi previsti dalla legge per i documenti fiscali e contrattuali.
Puoi chiederci in qualsiasi momento di vedere i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l'uso, riceverne una copia o opporti al trattamento (articoli da 15 a 22 del GDPR), scrivendo a info@dpstudio.cloud. Rispondiamo entro un mese.
Se ritieni che il trattamento non sia corretto puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

The data controller is DigitalPartnerStudio, VAT number IT01530690526, registered office in Baronissi (SA). For any question about your data write to info@dpstudio.cloud.
When you write to us through the contact form we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp, subject and message. Only the name and at least one contact are required: without them we could not answer.
Together with the request we record some technical data: the IP address you write from, your browser type, the page you came from, date and time. We use them to protect the form from automated submissions and abuse.
When you browse the site we collect nothing: our server keeps no log of visits, we use no analytics and no cookies. Details on the Cookies page.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on to anyone.
The site and the service receiving the requests run on our own server in the European Union (Helsinki, Finland), provided by Hetzner Online GmbH as data processor. The request is stored there and forwarded to our internal management system on the same server. Only the DIGITAL PARTNER STUDIO people who have to answer you read it.
We keep requests for 24 months after the last contact, then delete them. If a working relationship follows, the necessary data follow the retention periods set by law for tax and contract records.
At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), by writing to info@dpstudio.cloud. We answer within one month.
If you think the processing is not correct you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
